If you are prepared to accept the appointment, you should present yourself to the Medical Adviser of this Department, whose name is given on the enclosed letter, for the purpose of being medically examined. The letter is to be left with him; and you will be re- quired to pay him a fee of one guinea. He will send his report direct to this Department.
